Contrack Privacy Policy

Contrack ("we", "our", "us") operates the Contrack mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account Information: Email address, name, and password when you create an account.
Business Data: Job details, client information, proposals, work orders, costs, photos, and other data you enter into the app.
Usage Data: Basic app usage analytics to improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Contrack service
To sync your data across devices
To process subscription payments via Apple's App Store
To send important service notifications

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Data is stored locally on your device and synced to the cloud when connected.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only:

With service providers who assist in operating our app (Supabase for database, RevenueCat for subscriptions)
When required by law or to protect our rights
With customers you explicitly share data with via the Customer Portal feature

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app. This permanently removes all your data including jobs, proposals, work orders, and organization information. This action cannot be undone.

Children's Privacy

Contrack is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app.
